These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and zzcc Casino ("zzcc," "we," "our," "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://zzcc.bio and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, accessing the zzcc platform, or using any of our gaming services — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and fishing games — you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue all use of the zzcc platform and close your account.

This Agreement is supplemented by zzcc's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference and forms part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these documents, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy govern their respective subject matters, with this Agreement governing all other matters.

Access to and use of zzcc Casino is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for all online casino activities in the Philippines;
• You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of zzcc Casino or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You have not been self-excluded from zzcc or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of a third party.

Age Verification: zzcc Casino conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a Philippine Statistics Authority national ID (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Passport, or Driver's License — prior to being permitted to engage in real-money gaming or process any withdrawal. zzcc reserves the right to suspend account activity and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification.

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active zzcc account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. zzcc employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect and enforce this policy.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. zzcc will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. We recommend enabling one-time password (OTP) authentication on your account for enhanced protection.

zzcc Casino processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed within the zzcc wallet interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. zzcc reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder and to refund such deposits to the source without crediting the player's account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal;

• zzcc targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day;
• zzcc reserves the right to request additional documentation to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests;
• Any balance that is the subject of an ongoing security review or dispute investigation may be withheld pending resolution.

Anti-Money Laundering: zzcc operates in full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. We are required to report covered transactions and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law.

zzcc Casino offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account in PHP and may only be used for real-money gaming on the zzcc platform;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in individual promotion terms;

All games available on the zzcc platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or by live dealer protocols in live dealer games. zzcc does not manipulate game outcomes;
• In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — zzcc will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the stake will be refunded. Partial play results that cannot be verified will be voided;
• Bets placed after a game round has commenced may be voided at zzcc's discretion;
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zzcc platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while self-excluded or on behalf of a self-excluded individual;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, chip-dumping, or match-fixing;
• Using hacking tools, exploits, or unauthorized access methods to manipulate game outcomes or account balances;
• Laundering money or using the platform for any purpose that violates Republic Act No. 9160 or any other applicable Philippine law;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward zzcc staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.

zzcc Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any zzcc content without express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• zzcc Casino provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• zzcc shall not be liable for any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform;
• zzcc's aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim;
• zzcc is not responsible for losses resulting from player error, including incorrect bet placement or failure to claim available bonuses.

Nothing in this section limits zzcc's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

zzcc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority;
• Protection of the platform's integrity or other players' interests.

Upon termination for breach, zzcc may forfeit any promotional balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Verified deposits not subject to fraud or breach will be returned to the player upon resolution. You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting zzcc support.

zzcc Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform's notification system or the email/mobile number associated with your account no less than seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where operationally practicable.

Your continued use of the zzcc platform following the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the zzcc platform shall first be submitted to zzcc's customer support for good-faith resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285), or referred to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

Players who are dissatisfied with zzcc's resolution of a dispute may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
